Hello PAP friends!
Finally we have beaten the World Record of altitude; I hope that you'll be happy.
I prepared the motor yesterday: I put the spark plug to it, I retired the corks of the filters of the air and the normal helix, I took off of the door of my house at 7,500 rpm and raised flying turning some thermals.
From the 3,500 mts of altitude, I accelerated to 8,400 rpm. I stayed like one hour to top, obtaining the altitude of 5,900 mts in a stable atmosphere on Sierra Nevada.
The motor behaved perfectly. From the 5,300 mts lowered to 8,200 rpm, but of power he was perfect. It raised little by little without letting raise. I send the data of the flight, so and as I have been sent them to the FAI for its validation.
greetings, Ramón |
